handle flap goes against your back.... stitching doesn't look so great. i sent it back for these two reasons.... Won't someone make a very class and very business like backpack? they just don't exist.... I don't want a 1 shoulder bag. they throw off my back.I bought this backpack for my wife a few months ago. She travels on the train to work and was lugging around a heavy and ugly laptop briefcase that her company supplied her with. This backpack not only looks great (she has gotten many compliments) but it also allows her to carry all her supplies (laptop, books, lunch, wallet...) without straining her back.The leather is clearly high quality, and the bag is buit very well.The laptop area is not as padded as other bags are, but this is the compromise you make for style.My wife has beat this bag up pretty bad and it shows absolutely no signs of ware and tear.The cell phone pocket was made for cell phones from when they were narrow, w/an antenna.Not worth any money.I am surprised by the qualified reviews here. I've had this backpack for around three years and have found it to be extremely well-made and exceptionally durable (I tend to throw things around and am very tough on my packs). The leather is supple and of very high quality , the zippers have performed flawlessly, and visually it's a beautiful product. The detailing is excellent, the pockets and compartments sufficient for a day's activities, and the design is happily minimal. It is obviously heavier than a lightweight nylon pack, but this should not be surprising as it's made of genuine, high-quality leather. Total winner. When, inevitably, it starts to age after a few more years I will likely buy another.
