The desk arrived with a corner of it already scratched. It should have been easy to put together. However, the instructions were not well done (neither is the video). We spent 15 mins going over the pieces to make sure we understood how it went together. Unfortunately, one of the tall pieces needed to be the other way in order to attach the brace. So, we had to take one side apart and do it again. The drawings do not give enough details as to which side should be up/down/left/right. That would be such an easy thing to add, that would cost nothing. The desk looked exactly like the picture (except mine had the scuffed area). A piece of plexiglass cut to fit would help keep it nice looking. It's very lightweight. It's adequate as a low end desk.This desk is great, looks good, perfect size, but this is very important. Pay attention to which way the parts are facing. You must look closely at the pictures, because they're are no words. There are subtle differences in the pieces, as to which way the holes are facing and line up. If you do this assembly is very easy but will require a second set of hands for a few pieces (I used my 8 yo son for this, just to hold things while I screwed it into place). Definitely recommendI put my new desk/bookcase (I purchased the 40 inch) in my bedroom to have a place to work, read, write notes, etc. It was easy to install (although the hex head screw driver that came with it was defective so I had to find another one). Watching the short install video was very helpful before reading the instructions and it took me about 30 minutes to put together. The look of the "wood" is pretty and it's very sturdy as well. I would recommend this setup for anyone needing a space to work that doesn't take up much room!I ordered the 55" model. When it came and I tried to get it up my room I realized the box is quite heavy, so be aware. Overall, I like the functionality and aesthetics and it seems quite sturdy, perhaps I'll update this review after a year.Great table, was bigger than I imagined it to be and wish it came in all black but its still a nice table. I installed it myself. Im 5'4 and used to lifting heavier items from my job but for someone who isn't used to lifting or has a bad back, miaght need someone to help them. The directions were easy to understand.When installing the fist portion of the shelves, you don’t really have instruction on how to connect the pieces. I had to have my mom help me hold the pieces while I screw in the shelf between the metal parts. Other than that it wasn’t hard.Was easy to assemble and fits nicely in my son’s room. Gives him plenty of work space and is holding up well to a preteen boy.It might be a little pricey for what you get, but it's easy to assemble with no extra tools and light enough to move easily. It doesn't feel amazingly sturdy and leg roo. Is a little lacking as it sits lower than I expected.After spending hours looking for a good white desk for a PC i was chuffed and Absolutely over the moon. Very surprised at the Quality of the desk for the price. Great value. It is very solid and very big even though i bought the smaller size of the two. Perfect for a full PC gaming set up, even two monitors and extra space for books and ornaments etc.Very good desk and looks greatWell worth the money and easy to put togetherDelivered in damaged conditionLovely Desk arrived on time.
