Very cute chair. It has become a pain in the arse, literally! Not for an 8 hour workday. Do not purchase if you are any where near the max weight limit,, chair will not adjust, just stuck in one position. Also it leans forward a little to much for my liking. Material is holding up well. I would like this chair for a desk where you just have to sit at occasionally. Would like to return but broke after return period was over,Purchased for my home office after viewing 1,000+ chairs on Amazon. SO MANY CHAIRS. How do we choose? You start your search looking at office chairs, and six hours down the rabbit hole, you’ve just bought a sensory deprivation tank. Anyway, I wanted something compact, comfortable, stylish, and easy to set up. This chair fits the bill splendidly.First, I chose this chair because I can store it flush under my desk when not in use, specifically due to the fact that it doesn’t have arm rests. Fits under a standard height desk with no issues, and even some shorter desks because it adjusts up and down with the lever.I wanted a chair that was stylish and not a bulky, black, executive chair that’s nice to look at but impractical to use. This chair looks really expensive given the price point of $100 approximately. Note, I chose camel color and it’s a true to color.Comfort wise, so far I love this chair. Lumbar support is on point, it’s got a wide seat and back. Feels plush. My butt thanks me. I am 5’6 and 135lbs; someone much taller and heavier would have no issue with this chair.I included a picture to show the ease of setup. It took longer to unpack/unwrap this chair from the box than the actual setup itself. Literally done in 4 steps and 2 minutes. I appreciate the ease in setup because I am just not good with manuals/directions. See: IKEA dresser that I installed drawers in, backwards. So the fact that my cat could have put this chair together, really was a plus for me.Highly recommend, will update periodically.Update: Feb 2019 -- Having this chair for nearly 8 months, I have some thoughts on it. For those who sit all day, every day at a desk, this chair is going to lack comfortable butt support over time. I am finding that some sort of orthopedic bolster to sit on, on this chair, would probably help significantly, as I am experiencing soreness and stiffness from sitting in this chair for extended periods despite getting up to take breaks. What I've also noticed too, which I didn't think about when purchasing, is that this chair lacks the ability to tilt back or rock back. Actually, the backpiece does not move. So, I am essentially sort of pushed forward in this chair, and it is giving me some spinal strain. Structurally, it has held up. The leatherette hasn't worn down. The wheels haven't popped off. Aesthetically, it is a stylish chair. BUT UNFORTUNATELY FOR MY BUTT, this chair is likely going to be replaced sometime soon, as it's just not as comfortable as I hoped it would be over the course of time. Out of the box was great, but padding has worn and lumbar observation noted above, is sending me back to the rabbit hole to find something more suited for me.Buying a chair without feeling what it's made out of or sitting on it is a bit risky. It looked like it was made out of a fabric, but it's soft fake leather. The chair is firm and perfect for sitting at my make-up table. It would also be great for use at a kitchen table or desk.It doesn't lean back at all, but I don't need it to. I'm glad I splurged for something aesthetically pleasing. This is perfect for my writing desk. This chair is super easy to assemble, literally just turn the chair over, insert the hydraulic pole, set the wheel base on the pole, put the wheels on. Took me longer to unwrap out of the box than to assemble. It is really comfortable too. However, I bought this for my daughter to use for homeschooling during the school shut downs and she used it for all of a half hour before deciding she hated it because it doesn't have a tilt feature and the back is made so far back that it feels like you're in a recliner if you lean into the back of the chair. Just seems poorly designed. I ended up using it in my office and giving her my chair. One thing that I do like about it better than other small office chairs is that the seat is a lot longer and doesn't hurt the bottom of my thighs when I sit in it for longer periods of time.I've had the chair for a little over a month now. I've sat in it for hours at a time without any back problems, although I've noticed that because the seat is on the stiffer side (i.e., it's not a thick/soft cushion per we) my rear does get a bit uncomfortable after several (5+) hours. A cushion would help that, but it's pretty minor discomfort for me that goes away if I stand and walk around a little. This might be a bigger issue for older folks, so it's worth mentioning--it's not a particularly ergonomic chair.I like that it doesn't have arms so fits under my desk, but I do wish it could lean backwards. You can't lean back or adjust the angle of the back or tilt of the seat. It still works fine for me, but considering it was almost $80, these options would've been nice. On the other hand, it forces me to sit up straight. :)Lastly, my thoughts on how it looks: I got it in red and like it. In my opinion, the material doesn't look cheap. The chrome base is nice.**Update: Had the chair for a year now. It's holding up fine except for an annoying creaking coming from the base of the chair, not sure if I could even oil it. I'm finding the chair more uncomfortable--it's ok for a couple hours but certainly not an entire work day, even with an ergonomic cushion I put on it.I bought this for my daughter to do her homework on. She sat down and immediately got up and said how uncomfortable it was. I didn't believe her since I read all the 'it's so comfy!' reviews (that's why I bought it). BUT...she was right. It's very stiff and even sitting in it for 2 minutes I was antsy to stand up. Bummer, esp since it's not cheap. It's all good, I was given a refund so all is right in our world again.I get it... it's not a particularly expensive chair. But given the comparison I did in the size of the seat to my regular office chair (left), I never expected this one to overall be as small as it is.It was easy to put together - it literally took my husband longer to open the box than to assemble it. And it does look nice.We have plans to use my office closet as a mini recording room, and it does fit into it very well, so I guess there's that. The color is definitely off-white. My every day office chair is off-white, and this matches it exactly. If you're looking for a truly white chair, this isn't it.I am replacing the exact same chair I bought 5 years ago from Wayfair. It's the same exact brand and model so I have a lot of experience with these. I bought this for $129 back then and then prices skyrocketed in 2022 (doubled in price) like everything else so when this went on sale for $139 on Amazon I jumped on it! I'm so glad!I'm 5'11 and 180 lbs and I used this chair almost daily for 5 years, about 8 hours a day/7 days a week (I work at my desk ever day). It held up well until last year the seat started to develop a few cracks and also the padding started to wear out. No real complaints though because again, I use this chair a LOT.This new one is exactly the same though it now seems to have better bolts on the underside. I do feel like it may have less padding on the seat than before, but it's not obvious (so I could be wrong). These take about 5 minutes to setup. It's super easy and didn't require any tools. For $139 if it lasts as long as the old one, then I'd say I got my money's worth. It's very unique in colour and style and sure beats boring garish gaming chairs and ugly bland black/grey office chairs.A good comfortable desk chair that fits under the desk. I took one star away because there is some noticeable glue residue on the back of the one I received. Not real bad, but a little annoying. The chair is not super comfortable, but it is better quality than a few I have seen of similar style. I am essentially stuck with it as it goes very well with the computer desk I purchased, but it is not meant for long sitting, that is for sure. I use it to browse internet for under an hour a day, so it's OK
