Bought 2 chairs to try in the office. After a week, this is what they said:Pros :Mesh back kept my back coolFelt sturdy while being light weightrolls very easily, even on the carpetthe normal sitting position promoted good posture (if you happen to sit like that!)Stylish coloringCons :Too narrow for me to sit comfortablychair padding wholy insufficient - was almost nonexistanthard plastic arms are uncomfortable on elbowsmy feet kept falling asleep while crossed under (while not unexpected, it happened quicker due to the lack of padding)caster legs arch up too high, and get in the way when putting my feet back under the chairWhile I came out even on the Pro's and Con's above, the gravity of the cons makes me want to keep looking, while most of the Pro's can be found in nearly any chair. I took a brief run around of the folks in the office and noone was willing to use it for a week; Everyone sat down, give it a quick adjustment or two and got back up grabbing for their old chair. As it sits, noone is using it right now.We were hoping to get new chairs (as ours are 12-20 years old and a variety of styles, colors, and textures) through the whole office. Have to keep looking.the parts package was open and the screws and other parts had fallen out and some parts were missing. It's not so much about that but the fact that we could not get just the missing parts package replaced. We were told we had to return the whole order back when we got the new order delivered. After asking over and over why we could not get just the parts package replaced the customer service person just said it could not be done. Instead of going through the problem of repackaging the order and waiting for the new order to arrive, we decided to keep what we have and just buy the missing parts. I am very disappointed about this order.I ordered this to go with my new bedroom. I have to say set up was a bit of a pain because the holes didn't line up which is way I took off a star but other than that it's great. Color is just like picture, it's very comfortable. All in all I love this chair and anyone that has seen it likes it too.The first time i got the product the items as well as the box was all beat to hell no naturally i sent it back. im going to be honest with you aesthetically the product is great. however the screw holes are not lined up i had to force them in when attaching the back of the chair to the handles. i think that whatever price you pay for a product you should rightly demand high quality otherwise why not make said item freeWhen I first read the reviews about the chair, I was a little apprehensive when they mentioned the holes being off center. Well let me tell you they really are. I had to get an extra pair of hands to help while I warped and maneuvered this poor thing and pulled and prodded it. We finally got it assembled and it is okay, a chair and nothing more. The splash of color is refreshing though.I'm a writer, Stephen Paul West, so I spend many hours in a chair. This one is very nice with a breathable mesh back and rather sturdy. Also, it does NOT smell like harsh plastics like so many other cheap chairs do. Anyway this is at my desk in the living room, so I needed a little color and not boring black. It's perfect for that. I did get a pad for the seat as its not as thick as more expensive chairs, but that was not a deal breaker.This is a great chair. I bought it for my preteen grand son a couple of years ago. He uses it at his computer desk and sits there a lot. Preteen boys aren't particularly kind to furniture, but this chair looks as good as it did when new. Stands up to use and abuse!I was really excited to get this computer chair. It was easy to put together, except for some of the screw holes do not line up. The chair doesn't sit high enough and the backing is uncomfortable. It has these two square-like plastic pieces that dig into your lower back. I paid $86 for this on Amazon and it was definitely not worth the money.This is one of, if not the worst piece of furniture that I have ever bought. The packaging is worth more than the furniture itself. I am very displeased with this product, and would suggest that you save your money, time, and effort and not purchase this. I was skeptical about some of the other reviews, however I know now that they were right. The holes for the screws did not match up at all, and the instructions were very unclear and were of no help whatsoever. As I said before, do not purchase this product.The chair is very nice and comfortable. The shipping was horrible. The bix was left in the rain, the screws were loose in the box and i was missing some, a plastic part was broken, all parts were very dirty. I don't recommend buying anything from that company.
